Patients regularly complain that it is difficult to get an appointment and this is mainly due to DNA's (Did Not Attend) as these appointments that are wasted could be given to patients who need them.
The Practice does not tolerate time wasting and after 3 non attendances, patients will be reviewed by the GP as to why they did not attend their appointments and may be removed from the Practice List.
Last Month -SEPTEMBER 2019 - 88 Patients Did Not Attend!!!
We welcome comments from our patients on ways we can improve our service. We have also have a Patient Group - further information is available on the link on the right hand side of this page. Its important to us to get the patient perspective on our service and any planned changes for the future. This Group enables us to survey our patients and get feedback on our plans.
